Our Policy
Guarantee of service

Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied with every service.

If you are not happy with our cleaning service, please call us within 48 hours and we will come back to re-clean the area you are not satisfied with.

Cancellation policy
We require a minimum of one (1) business day cancellation notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. Less then two business days cancellations will be charged with a 30% cancellation fee. There are some additional cases when a 30% fee will be charged from your total price:
1.) Customer calls our office after business hours, after 6:00 p.m., and leaves a message to cancel the appointment;
2.) Our staff showed up and for some reason customer cancels the service.
No exceptions!

$100.00 fee for BAD CHECKS (not sufficient funds, account is closed, etc.)

Refund policy

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to our customers. However, we want you to be a 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within a 48 hour period and we will come back to fix the oversight or we can issue a credit that can be used towards any service provided by our company. No refunds, no exceptions.

Privacy and Security policy

We guarantee full discretion and security. We agree not to duplicate our customers' keys; upon cancellation, we return the keys within a five business days period. We do not share or sell our customer's information with third parties. We only use the information you provide to contact you about our services.
